Phone-free events, experiences and places

Keep the phones for convenience, but make them incapable of recording.

Our lockable phone pouches prevent leaks, connect rooms and protect exclusive moments without taking any devices away from your audience.

How it works

A hand sliding a phone into a lockable phone pouch

01 — Pouch the phone

The phone goes in the pouch at the door and locks via a magnetic pin at the top of the device.

02 — Keep it on you

Every phone stays with its owner, locked in the pouch, all night. Nobody hands their phone to a stranger, leaving the organizer with less liability.

03 — Bring it out

When the event is over, tap the pouch on a magnetic unlocking base at the exit and it opens.

The pouches

Two pouches. Pick your level of locked.

Both pouches make taking photos and videos impossible.

The Semi-Frosted pouch with a phone screen visible through the frosted panel, the shared back of both pouches carrying the Before The Internet logo, and the Fully Sealed pouch which is opaque on both sides

Same shell, same magnetic lock, same back. The only difference is whether the front panel is frosted or opaque.

Semi-Frosted

One side frosted, screen visible

Calls and texts work through the frosted panel

Apple Pay and Wallet accessible

Both camera lenses stay covered

Face ID will not work, passcode will

Best for: concerts, festivals, nightclubs, large-capacity venues, anywhere access to the phone would be helpful.

Fully Sealed

Opaque on both sides

Both sides fully sealed

No screen access while in pouch

Both camera lenses stay covered

Opens only at a staffed unlocker station

Best for: album listening parties, unreleased footage, closed film sets, anything with an NDA attached.

Both pouches use the same locking mechanism.

“Before the Internet swooped in and saved our filmshoot at the eleventh hour, helping us keep the day’s shoot under wraps. The team was friendly, helpful, and above all, made sure that the process of locking phones was painless. Would recommend for all secret event needs.”
